4. SMS Communications
4.1 SMS Consent
We send SMS messages to end customers on behalf of our business clients only where explicit consent has been obtained. Consent is collected via an online booking form that includes clear opt-in language before submission.
SMS consent is collected separately for transactional and marketing messages:
Transactional SMS: Covers appointment confirmations, reminders, missed call follow-ups, estimate follow-ups, job scheduling confirmations, and service-related notifications. Consent is obtained via an opt-in checkbox on the booking form.
Marketing SMS: Covers promotional and marketing messages. Consent is obtained via a separate optional opt-in checkbox on the booking form. This checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required to submit the form.
4.2 No Sharing of SMS Consent Data
SMS opt-in consent data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent data is shared only with SMS service providers (including Twilio and GoHighLevel) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on behalf of our clients.
4.3 Opt-Out
Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

5.2 Non-Sensitive Information
